Thank you for considering a referral to Clear Life Scoliosis and Chiropractic Center. We specialize exclusively in non-surgical scoliosis management and serve as a co-management resource for physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and pediatric providers across the Charlotte region. Our protocols are evidence-based, radiographically monitored, and delivered by a published spinal researcher with international clinical training.

Who We Accept for Referral
We welcome referrals for patients of any age who meet one or more of the following criteria:
• Confirmed scoliosis diagnosis with Cobb angle ≥ 10°
• Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS) currently in a growth phase
• Adult scoliosis — degenerative, progressive, or symptomatic
• Post-surgical scoliosis seeking conservative co-management
• Patients seeking a second opinion prior to surgical consultation
• Early-onset or juvenile scoliosis requiring long-term monitoring

Note: We do not position ourselves as a surgical alternative in cases where surgery is medically indicated. Our role is appropriate, conservative management — with transparent communication back to the referring provider.

Our Clinical Approach
All scoliosis patients receive a structured intake process that includes full-spine radiographic analysis, Cobb angle measurement, rotational assessment, and a written report of findings. Treatment protocols are drawn from:

• CLEAR Scoliosis Institute Protocol — the most extensively researched non-surgical scoliosis system currently available
• ISICO (Istituto Scientifico Italiano Colonna Vertebrale) exercise methodology — World Master certified
• ScoliBrace custom 3D bracing — indicated for growing and adult spines where bracing is appropriate
• SpineCor dynamic bracing — soft brace option for selected presentations
• Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) — postural and spinal alignment correction with peer-reviewed outcomes literature

Radiographic comparisons are obtained at structured intervals and shared with referring providers upon request. We document Cobb angle change, axial rotation, and sagittal profile at each imaging interval.
